4 Tips to create great posts for your blog

A lot of blogs fail to make a mark with their search engine rankings as they forget to keep following things in mind which are necessary to make a good and readable post.  Posts are the fundamental blocks of your blog . Hence you need to pay great attention while creating posts and writing content for your blog.

1. Content :- Let’s talk about what you are going to put inside your posts first. First decide your content and make sure it appropriately fits with the title of your post. Do not write misleading things into your posts ( though it can be good sometimes if used for entertainment purposes) . Your content should have at-least one or two keywords for your niche. This way you can make your post more search engine optimized. Though make sure you don’t spam with keywords. Write quality content which provides some valuable information to your readers.
2. Use of media : – You can use images , videos inside your post to make it more appealing and expressive . Your readers get a hint of what they can expect in your posts by looking at the images used in the post. Thus , it’s always recommended that you use at-least one image per post. It also helps in your post getting ranked faster with search engines.
3. Use links wisely : – You can use your posts to link to other pages or anywhere you wish your readers to go. But make sure you use them at the right place and do not forget to highlight your links. This makes your links easily visible to the visitors. Make sure that you use relevant links in your posts.
4. Word count :- There always has been a long discussion over the word count that should be used per post. Well the answer to all this discussion is that you should write according to the demand of the content. There are posts in which you have to write 1000s of words to explain everything. But to be on the safe side , you must use at-least 250 words per post. If you have to write a post of around 500 words or even more than that , then divide your content into sub-topics or sub-categories which makes your post readable and interesting for your readers.
