You need a host for your blog. It’s just like a plot of land where you are going to build your home(site). Hence, you must make sure that whichever host you choose is appropriate for your website needs. Hosting provider hosts your blog on a server which serves to requests for your blog from all over the world.

What is the Importance of Hosting Provider?

Since your hosting server is the one which is responsible for delivering your content to the clients or your visitors, it should be fast, reliable and secure. It needs to be fast since your content should be delivered to your visitors at a fast speed. It matters a lot in the SEO and your search engine rankings. It should be reliable and must be able to handle the large amount of traffic which your blog might be receiving. Otherwise, your server will crash and your blog will be unavailable to your visitors. My web host is Hostgator. Although it's quiet expensive, i am satisfied with their performance.

That is a great article. It is very informative. I just had a very bad experience with some free web hosting providers before, that is the reason why I moved to Fatcow(well, personal choice of mine) and it is very cheap too and since I did have a low budget for a hosting provider like so just had to try again, I do have some issues on getting up software run on its server but just had it fixed. :)
