Job responsibilities: 1. Pre-sales and after-sales application technical support, responsible for the installation of on-site equipment, and help customers on site commissioning and other work, able to independently analyze and solve difficult problems in the industry, maintain a good relationship with customers;
2. Train and guide customers to use the equipment correctly, help solve all kinds of common technical problems encountered by customers, and solve the related problems encountered by customers in the process of using our products; Collect and organize customer feedback information, timely and accurate field information feedback to the project department and R & D department
3. For the company's equipment and application fields, such as: nanomaterials, precision coating systems, functional film deposition and imaging, genetic engineering, EUV light source and other fields, the company's application solutions according to customer needs, application technology development, testing and other work;
4. Regularly communicated with R & D Department about the project progress to ensure that the project was completed on time and in good quality at the planned time, and worked closely with R & D engineers to complete the project equipment testing and sort out technical documents;
5. In-depth understanding of customer needs, to provide customers with technical solutions;
6. The company's equipment application field development and testing, promote the improvement of product quality, put forward new product suggestions;
7. Sort and classify the customer list, complete other information search requirements assigned by the department;
8. Responsible for the organization and implementation of daily training.
