Abstract
Perovskite nanocrystals (PNCs) have excellent optical emission properties and can be used in color conversion display, which is considered as a facial and versatile way to achieve full-color OLED and Micro-LED display due to the wide color gamut performance and easy integration of perovskite nanocrystals. Multifunctional and low-cost inkjet printing(IJP) is an efficient technique to achieve high-density pixelated color conversion layer (CCL). However, during the inkjet printing process, the coffee ring effect often leads to uneven thickness of CCL and seriously reduce the quality of CCL. In this work, we studied the effect of different ratio of the mixed solvents (toluene and dodecane) as well as the number of different printing droplets on the improvement of the CCL morphology, and successfully prepare CCL with uniform thickness and high quality..
