利用噴墨打印可提供一種低成本,高產(chǎn)量,簡(jiǎn)單的辦法來(lái)制造高性能的有機(jī)納米線晶體管陣列。通過(guò)將浸涂工藝與噴墨工藝(Jetlab Ⅱ)相結(jié)合,有機(jī)納米線晶體管陣列可實(shí)現(xiàn)高達(dá)1.26cm2· V-1·S-1的FET遷移率,達(dá)到了與帶有蒸發(fā)電極的器件相當(dāng)?shù)乃健?/span>
